Tulas will not accept, refunds, returns. Items that are purchased off our website all sales are FINAL unless agreed upon in writing:
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not accept any refunds, we do however give you store credit or exchanges for another product, this must be done 7 days after purchase, this does not apply to the lifetime warranty. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE this is a small business not a corporation or giant operation! Please do note that if you contact us we will try our best to accommodate depending on your issue, thanks for you understanding!
Return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Policy:
- Must have agreed upon proof of acceptance, keep in mind ALL SALES ARE FINAL acceptance is not guaranteed
- The product is not broken and there are no visible signs of damage or wear
- All original packaging must be intact
- Item is not engraved or customized (ANY ITEM THAT QUALIFIES AS CUSTOMIZABLE CANNOT BE RETURNED)
- Any sign of damage made by the buyer will compromise the guarantee
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gasses.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.
For all returns of exchanges please contactsupport@tulas.coand provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will handle your request claim based on the rules stated in this page.
Late or Missing Refunds
There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 7-10 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email support@tulas.co and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further.
Warranty
Our lifetime warranty on all product ensures that if the item arrives damaged, broken, or of poor quality, a new replacement will be sent out to you at no additional cost. Please note that under the terms of this warranty, refunds are not available for items that are broken, lost, or otherwise affected in a way that falls under the warranty coverage. The purpose of this warranty is to provide a replacement for such items, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in the quality of your purchase without incurring extra expenses.

- Natural tarnishing or discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or excessive moisture.
- Lost or stolen items.
How to Use Your Warranty
- Contact Us: Email our support team at support@tulas.co with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
- Send Your Jewelry: Once we confirm the warranty claim, we’ll guide you on securely shipping your jewelry to us for evaluation.
- Repair or Replacement: If eligible, we will repair or replace the item free of charge. For non-warranty repairs, we will provide a quote before proceeding.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request claim to our email support@tulas.co
If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
