Shipping policy
Tulas partners with trusted global carriers including FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, USPS, and EMS, working alongside local couriers to ensure secure and reliable delivery straight to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping on all orders.
Order Processing & Fulfillment
Once your order is placed and payment is verified, our team begins preparing your shipment. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7–10 business days, particularly for high-demand or custom items.
We operate from multiple fulfillment locations—including facilities in Florida and Europe—to ensure efficient delivery across all regions. Your order may ship from the most optimal location based on inventory availability and delivery address. All packages are shipped with tracking and handled with care, regardless of origin.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear. If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us.

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, Tulas is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, postal backlogs, weather events, or other conditions beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, depending on your local regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Tulas has no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost.
If a shipment is refused and returned, any related charges (including return shipping and customs fees) will be deducted from your refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Tulas is not liable for packages marked as delivered but not received, or for damage occurring during transit. Please contact your shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We rely on carrier tracking and delivery confirmation when assessing claims.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We begin processing orders immediately, and cannot guarantee any changes once submitted. Tulas is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
